Spindle Error Analyzer Software Version 8
The Spindle Error Analyzer software collects data from the sensors, calculates error motions, and displays the results in polar and linear plots. Up to four test windows can be viewed simultaneously in quadrants, or any window can be viewed full screen. Different display windows are available and can be viewed simultaneously:
- Setup Help
- System Diagnostics
- Real-Time Test Results
Real time displays can be run while other quadrants display fully analyzed output charts from the current or previous tests. Tests can be archived for later retrieval for comparison.
Sensors are read through the data acquisition system; the data is analyzed in real time and presented in a selection of plots: cartesian, polar, or 3-D.
The software performs many different tests of error motions in all three axes with up to five channels of displacement measurement and seven channels of temperature measurement and also includes:
- Languages: English, German, French, Chinese, Japanese
- Formatted printed reports
- User text box for more informative screen shots
- Diagnostic tools
- Supports multiple date formats
- Help screens
Minimum System Requirements
- 512M RAM
- 10G Hard Disk Space
- Windows 2000 or newer
Spindle and Machine Standards Compliance
