Micro-Clearance Capacitive Sensor Probes

Micro clearance probes allow measurements as close as 0.5mm (0.020") from a perpenidcular, adjoining surface.

Capacitive sensor range is determined by the sensor size of the probe. Probe model numbers indicate a probe's body style and sensor size.

Example: A "R3-F" probe has a "R3" body style and an "F" sensor size.
